Mediator

In more than 20 years of experience as a mediator I have helped to solve disputes of all kinds, including very high-value ones: inheritance and family matters, large insurance claims, commercial contracts, intellectual and industrial property, environmental disputes, medical malpractice cases, real estate, corporate disputes and many others.

As a civil and commercial mediator I am registered with institutional bodies such as the Milan Chamber of Arbitration and the Milan Bar Mediation Organization, as well as with several private organizations.

As an international mediator I am a member of the International Disputes panel of CEDR – Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in London, one of the most prestigious mediation centres in the world, and a mediator of PMAC – Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre, the body that handles disputes relating to European patents. I am also a neutral of WIPO – World Intellectual Property Organization and a mediator with ECDR – European Center for Dispute Resolution in Ljubljana.

I hold the international certifications of IMI – International Mediation Institute, CEDR – Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and ISCT – International Society for Conflict Transformation.

I also work as an independent mediator for ad hoc mediations, when the choice to mediate has already been agreed and a more flexible and dedicated mediation is desired, in terms of organization and timing, with even greater attention to confidentiality and the possibility of working in a private space that I designed and set up specifically for mediation and negotiation.

I am also a family mediator, a facilitator in Collaborative Practice and a Solution Focused Coaching practitioner.
